Application Machine Learning in Construction Management

Machine Learning is a subset and technology developed in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). One most widely used machine learning algorithms K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) approach because it supervised algorithm. This paper applied algorithm to predict construction price index based on Vietnam's socio-economic variables. The data build prediction model was from period 2016 2019 seven variables that impact (i.e., industrial production, investment capital, Vietnam’s stock index, consumer foreign exchange rate, total exports, imports). research results showed regression method has fewer errors than traditional method.
